General Labourer

We are a Canadian heritage restoration, roofing, masonry, and general contracting company with over 40 years of experience in the business. We work on historic, commercial, institutional, and residential buildings across Canada and internationally. Our company is known for skilled craftsmanship, professional site work, and high-quality restoration and construction projects.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking General Labourers to support our roofing, masonry, restoration, and general contracting crews on active construction sites.

What You’ll Do

• Assist roofing, masonry, restoration, and general contracting crews with daily site tasks
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials
• Help with site setup, cleanup, and daily shutdown
• Carry tools, equipment, scaffolding materials, roofing materials, masonry materials, and general construction supplies
• Support demolition, preparation, installation, and restoration work as directed
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow instructions from foremen, lead hands, and site supervisors
• Work outdoors in different weather conditions

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to perform physical labour and lift materials
• Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites
• Interest in learning roofing, masonry, restoration, and general construction skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely with a crew
• Construction experience is an asset, but not required
• Roofing, masonry, restoration, or general labour experience is an asset
• Working at Heights and WHMIS are assets
• Valid driver’s licence is an asset

Pay & Benefits

• $20–$28 per hour, depending on experience
