We are recruiting an experienced Change Management and Strategy Leader to support the business through an exciting evolution. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director, Change Management & Strategy plays a critical enterprise-wide role in translating the organization’s multi-year strategic plan into executable, measurable, and sustainable outcomes. This role provides strategic direction, leadership, and hands-on execution to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively prioritized, governed, resourced, and delivered across the organization. Partnering closely with the executive leadership team and leaders across all functions, the Director drives disciplined change management practices that enable successful adoption, alignment, and long-term impact. Operating within a high-stakes, key industry, this leader demonstrates strong judgment, resilience, and steadiness while balancing operational realities with human-centered approach to change.
Qualifications:
- At the forefront of designing and embedding enterprise-level change management frameworks and leverage data, technology, and insights to enhance visibility, decision-making, and outcomes.
- Current on emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory considerations in protein manufacturing or complex, integrated operating environments. Partnering closely with leaders across Corporate, Operations, Sustainability, Animal Welfare, and HR, this leader strengthens organizational capability for executing change at scale.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in change management, strategy execution, or enterprise transformation.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies, communication planning, training design, and program governance is required.
- Experience operating within complex, multi-site, regulated environments is essential, with food manufacturing or protein production experience considered an asset.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Prosci, and Lean Six Sigma are assets.
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
